On 8th June 2023, Sri Mahesh Sahoo, MP-Dhenkanal interacted with the GEM girls. Speaking on the occasion, Sri Mahesh Sahoo elaborated the significance of girl education and their role in leading the nation.

The teachers also encouraged the children to understand the importance of education.

MP-Dhenkanal also admired the steps taken by NTPC for nurturing the creativity, imparting education, health and and hygiene, yoga and sports to develop their all round growth.
